Cindy Guzman

As one of the owners of Preveer - Downtown Miami, Cindy Guzman brings over 20 years of experience in the business and corporate world.

• She has a BS in Health Service Administration in which she graduated in the top 2% of her class.
• Cindy has always wanted to have her own business and in 2005 she became a Real Estate agent, which allowed her to set her own schedule and be a present mother to her two daughters.
• Six years ago, she joined her brother, and they opened a tax firm which has been extremely successful and since then quadrupled into a multiservice company.
• She also owns a construction business with her husband. With the diverse background and experience that she has, Cindy Guzman has all the skills, training, resource, drive, and personality to take any business venture and turn it into gold.
